Capt. Raphael Collazzo was caught on a security camera making an unexplained 45-minute visit to the rapper's cell, which is supposed to be an isolation lockup, sources said.
"We don't know what he was doing. We know the camera picked him up," said one source.
Collazzo's explanation "did not suffice to explain the time he spent" with the rapper, who is serving a one-year sentence for a loaded gun on his tour bus, the source added.
Collazzo was suspended without pay for 10 days, said agency spokeswoman Sharman Stein, who declined to elaborate.
Bam Commentary: So both wont say what was going on in that cell? Makes you wonder WTF was they doing

On first glance, Charice looks like any other teenager: pretty, petite and filled with non stop energy. But when the sweet-faced 17-year old opens her mouth to sing – with a profound, rich and soaring 10 decibel voice from every inch of her 5 feet 1 inch body – the audience quite literally gasps. And at 13 million hits and counting on YouTube tell us, that audience is growing at a staggering pace. Fast forward to May 2010: Charice's US debut CD is scheduled to be released on 143/Reprise Records with her single, "Pyramid" featuring labelmate Iyaz (who recently spent four weeks at #1 with his international smash hit, "Replay"). "Pyramid" will be released to Top 40 radio in March with remixes already getting airplay at the clubs.
"I'm so proud of this record and feel so lucky that I had the chance to work with some of the best songwriters and producers out there. Every note and every word is right from my heart," says Charice.

Complex: Where did the whole attitude shift towards Wale stem from? Kid Cudi: I really don’t understand what’s up with this guy, but he’s just somebody I don’t click with anymore. I started making changes in my life and started to realize positive energy around me, and he never really had a good energy. I never felt like he wanted to see me prosper, it was just one of those niggas that was envious rather than happy for a n****. I could be reading it wrong, but I’m not making beef and rearranging my life. It’s pretty obvious he feels some type of way about it. I’m not into peer mediation and working things out, I’m just trying to provide for my daughter and my family and making music for my fans. I vibe with certain people and some people I don’t.Complex: Last September you shot a page for GQ’s Men of the Year issue with him and Drake; was everything cool then? Kid Cudi: The whole time me and him and Drake were doing the GQ shoot, Wale was b******* and being aggravated that clothes weren’…
